    Flinders Island honey is owned and run by John Siermicki and is making a name for itself as a quality and truly pure product. Flinders Island is renowned for the pollution free winds that blow hundreds of kilometres across Bass Strait. The meadow honey is a fresh mild honey and is amazing for chefs and home cooks to use in a wide range of recipes.

    As the founders of Flinders Island Scallops, The Hammond family has been keenly involved in the Tasmanian scallop fishery since 1972. They know Tasmanian scallops and they know what the hospitality industry looks for in this premium product.

    In 2022 we saw the re-opening of the Flinders Island abattoir. Charlie and daughter Laura are sourcing and shooting their own wallaby.
